Privacy notice
This notice explains what SolveLark stores and how information is handled.

Information you enter
Do not enter sensitive personal information into puzzle titles, word lists, clues, or game fields.
Browser storage
Games may use local storage on your device for theme settings, puzzle progress, scores, recent words, players, and saved puzzles. This information generally stays in your browser and can be removed with your browser’s site-data controls.
Daily puzzle email
If you affirmatively subscribe and confirm that you are at least 16, we store your email address, signup source, subscription status, consent timestamp and policy version. We use it only for the requested puzzle email and related subscription administration.
Unsubscribe and retention
Use the Unsubscribe page at any time. We retain a suppression record so an unsubscribed address is not accidentally reactivated without a new affirmative signup. Operational and security records are kept only as reasonably necessary.
Tracking
SolveLark does not currently load third-party analytics, advertising, session-replay, or chat tracking scripts. We will update this notice and add appropriate choices before enabling optional tracking.
Children
The games are designed for a broad audience, but the email signup is limited to people age 16 or older. Parents and guardians should supervise children and prevent them from entering identifying information into free-form fields.
